1. Quality Assurance: At VanCity Labs, we value product integrity. While cash refunds are not part of our protocol, we may, under specific conditions, provide in-store credit. For any returns, products should be double vacuum-sealed. Additionally, we require a video documentation of the packing process for validation purposes.
2. Product Returns: If the product does not resonate with your expectations, it’s essential to notify our team within 48 hours. Upon receiving and thoroughly inspecting the product, we’ll determine the appropriate course of action, which may lead to in-store credit.
3. Product Concerns: In the event you receive a product that is below our standards or deviates from your original order, please report this within 48 hours. We will undertake a meticulous review of the situation. Remedies, if applicable, will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellation Protocol: Cancellations are only permissible prior to shipping confirmation. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, modifications or reversals are no longer viable.
5. Shipping Practices: Should there be anomalies with your delivery, such as non-receipt or transit damage, documentation through photographs or video is essential. Submit these alongside your concerns. After a comprehensive evaluation, we will determine the next steps. It’s imperative that provided shipping details are accurate; discrepancies resulting from errors therein are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
